Session 4 – Direction changes and rhythm control
L-steps, pivots, cross-steps, shuffle-steps, and breaking predictable movement.
Session 5 – Boxing-specific movement drills
Technical footwork inside stance: angles, entries, exits, and positioning.
Session 6 – Shadowboxing with movement structure
How to train footwork in shadowboxing so it transfers into real fighting.
Session 7 – Applying footwork in sparring and real rounds
Using movement to control distance, create openings, and stay effective under pressure.
